Facility

Our 50,000 S.F. shop is located on a secured 10 acre site.  The work area is carefully designed for efficient movement of material from start to finish.

Equipment

PythonX CNC plasma beam line, real time barcoded production tracking system, 2 combi-lifts, 3 forklifts (36,000 lbs capacity), overhead cranes, jib boom lift at each workstation, and delivery trucks.

Management

B&B is managed by a highly qualified and experienced team, many who have been with B&B for over 20 years, working together to provide our customers with quality workmanship.

Safety

B&B maintains strict safety guidelines, administers safety training and holds regularly scheduled safety meetings to heighten safety awareness.

CNC

After careful research we selected the PythonX,  a CNC plasma beam line, to increase our capacity and accurately produce larger projects.   It significantly reduces the time traditionally required for layout, cutting and drilling.  This machine has a six axis robotic arm, improves quality and replaces six pieces of traditional fabrication equipment.  CNC data is generated from our in house detailing department or received electronically from outside  detailers.
